A Luxembourg company looking for a web agency is not looking for a technical feat. It is looking for someone who understands its business, keeps to a schedule and stays reachable once the site is live. This page describes how we work, what you get, and the cases where an agency is not the right answer.
The essentials in one table
The information people look for first, gathered and verifiable. It is repeated as is in our commercial proposals.

What a web agency actually does
A professional website involves four different trades: experience and visual design, development, content production, and optimisation for search and conversion. A single provider rarely covers all four at the same level. The point of an agency is to bring those skills together on one project, with one person responsible for the schedule.
Design
Structure and visuals
Site map, user journey, information hierarchy, mockups. This is where it is decided whether a visitor finds what they came for in ten seconds.
Development
Build and technical work
Code, performance, security, hosting, forms, connections to existing tools (calendar, CRM, invoicing, booking).
Content
Copy and visuals
Page copy, heading structure, photography and retouching. A site without content of its own does not rank, whatever its technology.
Visibility
Search and measurement
Markup, structured data, speed, Search Console and analytics. Built in from the design stage, not added afterwards.
Our method, step by step
The sequence is the same for every project. What changes is how long each stage takes, depending on the size of the site and how fast feedback comes back from your side.
01Scoping call
30 minutesYour business, your clients, what the site has to produce (calls, quotes, bookings, sales), what already exists. No commitment.
02Written proposal
Within 48 hDetailed scope, number of pages, features, schedule, budget. You know what is included and what is not before signing.
03Structure and mockups
1 to 2 weeksSite map, content of each page, mockups of the main screens. The structure is approved before a single line of code is written.
04Development
2 to 6 weeksBuild, content, forms, technical SEO, testing on mobile and on the main browsers. Regular progress updates.
05Acceptance and go-live
3 to 5 daysPage-by-page check, redirects if a previous site exists, Search Console connection, go-live, handover training.
06Support
OngoingFixes, improvements, monitoring of performance and rankings. With or without a maintenance retainer.
Agency, freelancer or builder: what actually differs
The question comes up in almost every first call. There is no universal answer: the right choice depends on the budget, the complexity of the project and what happens after go-live.
| Criterion | Self-service builder | Freelancer | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Indicative budget | €0 to €500 + subscription | €1,500 to €6,000 | €3,000 to €15,000 |
| Time you spend | High: everything rests on you | Medium: content and decisions | Low: approvals and supplied content |
| Skills covered | Your own | One strong specialty, the rest varies | Design, development, content, visibility |
| Continuity | Depends on the platform | A single point of failure | Several people on the project |
| Suited to | Testing an idea, a temporary site | Simple project, tight budget, you steer | Structural, multilingual project with support |
If your project fits in three pages and you have time to steer it, a freelancer will do the job perfectly well and cost you less. We say so during the scoping call rather than after signing. The subject is covered in web agency or freelancer in Luxembourg.
What you get at delivery
- A site you own: code, content, domain name and hosting accounts in your name.
- An editing interface to change text and images without touching code, with a one-hour handover.
- Technical SEO in place: unique title and description tags, consistent heading structure, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, redirects.
- Access to measurement tools: Google Search Console and traffic statistics configured and explained.
- Legal notice and privacy policy compliant with GDPR and Luxembourg law.
- A site tested on mobile before go-live, including on slow connections.
What happens after go-live
A site is not finished on the day it goes live: it starts producing data. The first weeks show which pages are read, which are ignored, and which queries bring visitors in. That is when adjustments cost the least.
Two arrangements exist. Either you take over entirely: you have every access, we remain available on request. Or you take a monthly maintenance retainer covering technical updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a defined volume of changes. The cost breakdown is on the pricing page.
The sectors we know best
Some trades have constraints of their own that change the structure of the site, not just its styling. We have documented three of them:
- Restaurants, cafés and hotels: an up-to-date menu, booking, local search, everything on mobile.
- Lawyers and notaries: practice areas, partners, multilingual content, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Tradespeople and construction: project photos, service areas, quote requests.
Other sectors are not excluded: these pages exist because we have something specific to say about them, not because they cover our entire client base.
Working with an agency based in Luxembourg
The Luxembourg market has three particularities that weigh on a web project. First, multilingualism: many companies need two or three languages, which doubles or triples the content work and demands clean handling of language versions. Second, market size: search volumes are low, so every query counts and quality matters far more than page count. Third, regulation: hosting in the European Union, compliant cookie handling, proper legal notices.

Count €3,000 to €6,000 for a brochure site of five to ten pages, €6,000 to €12,000 for a multilingual corporate site, and from €8,000 for custom development. The breakdown by project type is on the pricing page.
Three to five weeks for a brochure site, five to eight weeks for a multilingual corporate site, six to ten weeks for a custom project. The factor that stretches timelines most is not development but the delivery of content.
You, if you already know your message and have the time. Us otherwise: we write from an interview and you approve before it goes in. Copywriting is quoted separately.
Yes. You get editing access for text and images, plus a handover session. Structural or feature changes go through us.
Yes, but our knowledge of the market, of search habits and of the legal framework is specific to the Grand Duchy. That is where we add the most value.
The mockup stage includes two rounds of adjustments. If the direction still does not suit, the project can stop there: you pay only for the work done, and nothing has been developed yet.
Let us talk about your project
A 30-minute call is enough to define the scope, the budget and the schedule. You leave with a written estimate, no strings attached.
Based in Luxembourg, we work across the whole Grand Duchy.
